Every time I try to connect a tool to my rgh it pops up this

one guy says its my framework 4.5 but when i try downloading a lower framework it wont let me cause i already have a higher one installed

^^ It says in the error he's using Y0da Pro.
It could be a problem with your computer files. You might need to ask someone who's good with the windows operating system actually. Head over to tomshardware and post a question there, it's nothing a RGH/JTAG expert could fix.

Its either your plugin or you dont have the correct files in your folder.

This happens to me with one tool only, all my other tools work.
All I could say is try to use another tool or try different plugins.
