Ok, Im currently getting a RGHv2 Falcon. And before I get I want to know the important things.

I want to be prepared so I don't be lost and waist money. I just want to be prepared.
I just don't wanna go through a lot of trouble. Like having my whole thing not work, because of a XBL update.
I just want to have it where nothing gets messed up. Like absolutely all of my stuff f carries to the next update.
I don't know. I'm a noobie. I might not know what im talking about. I just want to be prepared before I start hosting.

LIke if someone is helpful enough to make me a doc on what I should do and how. In a clean organized way. You just don't know how much that will help. Skype: whos_geo and ill get back to ASAP

It seems that you are. Just don't download system updates and make sure you don't do a bad flash like I just did:L

 When dash updates, as long as you update it correctly , you won't need to reset your rgh or anything.

My recommendation:

Stop everything you're thinking about doing when you get the console. If you have an ISO on your computer, remove all of the files from the ISO and move them to your console (doesn't matter about the game, just as long as it works for the 360). If you don't have an ISO then do this via disc.

Go into XeX Menu and get used to the controls. Move around, navigate and check through all of the available options for you.

Download an application for your Xbox 360 called "Freestyle Dash" (FSD 3 Rev 755) and go into dashlaunch and set it as default boot xex. Learn your way around dashlaunch, learn how to set plugins and change settings etc. DON'T MOVE ON FROM THIS UNTIL YOU KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO SET IT AS DEFAULT DASH AND REMOVE IT WITHOUT MESSING ANYTHING UP.

Download XM360 (may be useful in the very near future for you) and launch it, just navigate through it like you did FSD 3.

Learn how to launch games through XeX Menu.

Download a few plugins like xbdm.xex, RPC.xex, and JRPC.xex (Google is a modder's greatest resource). Set them all as plugins and save your settings and reboot your console.

Download Neighborhood (SDK) and learn how to connect your computer to your console via [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Learn everything you can about Neighborhood and realize it will be your best tool, and will last you a lifetime.

After you feel comfortable on how to use your RGH completely (which may take a while, probably a few days max) start experiment with downloading games and using modded xex and dll files (or patch files, depends on the game) and modding on each game you want to.
EDIT: Skyrim is a great game to mod. Just don't stick to Cod, it's boring and pointless.

If you didn't already purchase it, don't. Learn about it first before you purchase it, then buy it when you feel you know enough about Jtag/RGH consoles and their functionality.

Thanks, and I already purchased it. But I think it's a good thing, because I think I learn better by interacting with it. Anyways, Thanks for your recommendation. I'll do it.
