Playing football for the first time in almost 2 years today, within 30 minutes of playing again my ACL (Cruciate ligament) tore again, I wasn't tackled or nudged it just slipped under me as I ran.
Think its time I said goodbye to sports after 10 years of playing the sports I love anyone else had to make such a difficult decision?

Sorry to here that bro. Before I first done the injury I was at Wycombe Wanders Academy(Its a low level professional club) and was one year away from a scholarship so I feel the pain!
Hope everything goes ok for you tho. Here if you need a chat.

After playing over 8 years of competitive baseball I blew my whole elbow out and can afford the expensive surgery to play the game again. I know how it feels
