Yeah I had same problem but that's not the solution my bad it could be
But anyway make sure u have bypass correct plugins and make sure computer connected to xbox
Also make sure u put tool on root of hdd 1

download the bo2 title update from xbl. then launch the default_Mp from xbox hood, make sure your signed out, click connect, if it connects then go to other tab and click the bypass button, wait 12sec, sign in and go to a private match, refresh the client list when your ingame
