i cant send a friend a car or access the design storefront it keeps coming with this feature is temporary disabled does anyone know what to do to get rid of this

That could be because your banned from the multiplayer part of the game. If so then there is no way to get rid of it.

Nope, your banned. Happend to me too. Just delete your save and start over again and you should be good. I know its messed up
