Nine_Sliber wrote It's not difficult so long as you have the right equipment that can cost a bit.

Also their are hardly no risks as long as you know what you are doing and keep up to date with the latest firmware.
How much equipment do you need? So its hard to maintain?

I would leave it to the professionals. Just to avoid doing it wrong.

If you only plan on doing it once then get someone to do it for you. If you plan to do it more than once then send it to a seller. Although no-one on this marketplace is allowed to flash drives but I would skype then .

Doing it your self I don't think you need tools.

The cheap way

xbox working with power supply
Sata cable to go to your pc

The proper way (dear and professional)

Ck3i ?
XBOX 360 Pro USB

both products from Team Xecuter, Please correct me if im wrong on the names

That is one tut there are many Youtube videos on how to do it and I'm sure that if you paid close attention and did exactly what is told of you it will be just fine.

I've flashed a bunch of xboxes and all work fine. It's different with every drive from what I've encountered. Some drives are easier than others, but then again, I use a slow computer, so it may just be my computer.

Price depends on which drive you have, the lite-on requires an extra bit of kit. It will cost about 50 pounds to get everything you need including discs.
