If you can run bf3 on it then yes I'm sure you can run dayz because bf3 takes a lot more video memory when u play ! Once you get on dayz you will probably have to tweak with the settings a bit though!

By the looks of things it has no dedicated graphics card (GPU)
I could be completely wrong.
So by that - no...
I'm surprised it could run BF3 on low.
I would go to the PC building forum and ask people to give you list of parts for a certain price.
ie. $400 intel build that can run DayZ on medium etc.
EDIT:
DayZ is badly optimized.
Meaning if you have a high-end PC, it will probably still lag.
Your best bet is to build your own PC.
Watch NewEggs guide to building a PC if you need help.
I could be wrong but I'm pretty certain what I said it decent.
maybe

Its an office PC so the graphical & CPU horse power is going to be very limited.
It runs of Intel's integrated graphics, as pointed out by Polygon. You should get roughly the same performance on Day-z as you would with BF4. However, as Polygon also said, Day-z is horribly optimized and even the best of the PC's still lag
My advice: Turn all settings to low and see how you get on.
