It's a relatively new monitor to the market, and looks like ilyama's attempt at grabbing the budget gaming enthusiast.

Tempted to buy one, thoughts?

Not bad. Although it's not 120hz depending what kind of gaming you want to do it's not that bad. It's 55-75hz and quite cheap.

Pretty Good pricing for such a nice monitor. If you're playing a game where 1 second or less could mean life or death you'll love this monitor. Integrated Speakers aren't too bad but if you buy speakers they are better.

I might buy one myself.

Crappy 1ms TN panel... If you don't care about colour quality, go for it...

But my money would go on this...

I use a 3-way IPS monitor setup at work and i really only notice the difference in viewing angles and response times, i've never really seen much in terms of colour accuracy difference.

Even if i saw a massive difference, i sure as hell wouldn't be getting a 21.5" 1080p display, how could you put your eyes through that.

Great monitor though at a great price if you notice the difference, IPS models aren't too cheap.

I notice input lag a lot, and i play a lot of moba's. Didn't even notice it had internal speakers, that's a bonus nowadays - good for redundancy.

There's a 120/144hz (can't remember) variant for 200 :-)

Are you joking? Your eyes must be terribad, that's kind of the point in IPS, colour and viewing angles... + i use a 1080 21.5" monitor, and it's a lot better than any crappy 24" TN panel i have used, event the one I'm using with it. The difference is mental...

So I'm not sure what you're looking at...

Seriously i use both, not that i game a lot at work, but i read text and designed forms all day, go home and do a similar thing and i don't say i notice much difference.

21.5" at 1080p is a horrible experience for me, everything is so small when you squish it into that aspect ratio.

What aspect ratio change? And nothing is squished, I think you need to take a look at your settings, coz that ain't right...

16:9 on a 21.5" is dreadful - maybe you only really notice the difference if you go from a larger display.

Having a look around IPS color accuracy isn't something a lot of people notice a massive amount. The only reason why we use them is because of peer review.
