It Can Kind of run battlefield 3 on low. Can i run dayz though?

Does that thing even allow you to load a multiplayer game?

I didn't realize these PC's existed, thought $350 was the lowest companies would go.

If you plan on doing ANYTHING gaming wise (seriously anything above a flash game on facebook) don't bother.
