What type of modded lobby is it where the infections include 1 shot kill stopping power and insane chopper gunner?

If anyone can do this lobby (I was in one last night but I forget who it was), I would +rep you a LOT.

I only know MW2 lobbies like iKonori lobbies but within that you can become certain score streaks like AC-130s but ive never heard of a 1 shot 1 kill stopping power pro chopper gunner. Sorry i cant help you, but i wish i could get into that lobby
