1. Your ps3 must be on the 3.55 original firmware. If it isn't then you can downgrade it, depending on what ps3 model you have or you can just go on eBay and buy a 3.55 original firmware ps3.

2. You can basically mod all call of duties, and get all the free games, DLC's you want.

3.You can not mod Black ops 2 with a USB, you can mod it without a usb if you own a jailbroken ps3.
