You need to put it in the XboxLiveLogon folder. Not the root.

This is the same tutorial I gave another user so I am pasting it here. You will need another KV though. Just follow this.

Make a folder on your xex menu called "XboxLiveLogon"
Add your KV.bin and HV.bin into that folder
Place your KV.bin on your HDD
Place the XboxLiveLogon.xex in your HDD
Setup your dashlaunch plugins
1.XBLL
2.XBDM
3.JRPC
4.XRPC
Make sure both of the liveblocks are disabled and remember to save your settings. If you still can't connect make sure you have neighborhood setup and that your connection is actually working. (Use the same method of getting internet on your JTAG/RGH onto your retail)
If you get DNS error it is most likely liveblock as it stops you from connecting to MS servers.

Yes if you follow what I posted exactly it will work. Make sure you don't have wireless or a wired connection while doing this. Just in case. Once you do everything in the xex menu setup the plugins and make sure you have neighborhood. Then you should be fine after saving the dashlaunch settings and rebooting.

I don't think I can post anyone name here just because it is against site rules but if you do a little looking around in this forum you will find 3-4 legit sellers. They are all gold members.

Just get a kv and it will work. Put the kv on the root of your hdd and reboot your console. When you turn it back on your should get a success message. If you dont that means something wrong. But DONT sign into xbl if you dont get success message, you will just be wasting the kv.
