Rules:
No random killing
Must be in game chat
Must have hud and radar off
No yelling on mic

How to play:
There will be weapons and vehicles around the city find them and use them to hunt others.
You can form teams or be on your own
There is nothing out side of the city.

Hey my good Sir/Lady, I wish the best of luck with the lobby and the No Radar/HUD rule may be a hard rule to enforce!
