Try deleting your default console on neighborhood then adding it back, it always seems to work when i have this problem!

the only other tool that can worked which was Black and White but the Gamertag spoofer doesnt work along with other features

Try running Yoda Pro as Admin as that removes any issues with firewalls blocking the connection.
Also can you use Neighborhood to view the console contents and run things?

RightWise wrote the only other tool that can worked which was Black and White but the Gamertag spoofer doesnt work along with other featuresIm sure there was a "JRPC.XEX" supplied with the yoda pro folder? if you haven't already, try replacing the one your using with that one!
