I was at a local teams league match about two days ago, it's only a small team like a small sunday league match, that type of thing, and the ref was about 20-23 and was to be honest just like a normal ref, not one sided, gave fair calls etc. but when my cousin tackled this guy and I have to be honest here the guy he tackled was 6ft 5 or 6ft 6, he was huge and was quite stocky, and like most footballers he was rolling around on the ground screaming and was up in about two seconds, and my cousin was given a straight red card. Now that's not the frustrating part. My uncle, other cousin and my father were here and we were obviously shouting a bit of abuse and the manager wasn't to happy either and had a few words with him and me and my relatives were telling him to take his tampon out etc.. and as a ref you EXPECT to get this sort of abuse. Now to be fair it was going on for about a minute and then he BLEW IT UP! he ended the match because he was getting abuse!! It was probably the most frustrating thing ever because we (my local team) were winning 1-0 and it was about 30 minutes in and since that little rat blew it up, the score goes down as a 3-0 loss!! A small bit of abuse and he blows the game up. Fuming!

You need to calm down and not take it so seriously. It is a sport.
Also, swallowing someone's fist would be quite difficult lol

I believe the correct word would be passion. Rather than hostility.
