I'm wondering how this is done im seeing this all over lately.
If anyone knows could you please explain or link me to something relating to how to do it?
Or if anyone knows how to do it fast and easy maybe toss it on a couple of my pictures for me? Thanks a bunch i think it would look sick!
I understand it could be a big request but i don't know much about it i just know that it looks really sick and i'm seeing it a lot lately. And i really think it would look nice on a couple of my pictures. So if it's to much to do maybe just an explanation or just tell me its difficult. Thanks a bunch

Assuming you're referring to the first image.
There's a colour correction, hue changes there's also text added. This can very easily be done in Photoshop.
EDIT: saw your second image, there's a filter that has been added to it.

I think Vaiinn was right about the sketch filter which comes with Photoshop under the effects tab. If it's not sketch then it's this plug in called Cartoon-It or something like that. I have that effect for After Effects to make a while movie like that.
