Could you fix the link? It's a blank part list.

I would recommend an intel processor, like an i5, rather than an AMD one, they preform a lot better when dealing with stuff like games.

Of course you would need to change your motherboard as well something like an Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 would do nicely.

This is the Intel build I would suggest you buy over the AMD one. It will have significantly better performance per watt, and better single core performance too. All the parts are from Newegg, and to save more money you could torrent the operating system.

see i was going with a similar build to what you have there buxty but had so many noise complaints on the 290 that i switched off to the Geforce 780 also thought the Green glow would like great in my Green/White themed build. and im willing to pay alittle more for this build then what is there, should i use all of the parts i have in my first build but change the Motherboard + Cpu to what buxty has?
Side not: i have such a high watt power supply so i can in the future run GeForce 780 SLI

Reference AMD R9 290 cards were very loud because of their crappy coolers, but that one I linked to is a very good cooler so should stay quiet. Also the 290 is a lot cheaper and doesn't lose that much performance but it is your choice.

If you just want to use the CPU and Mobo i linked to thats fine, the cooler could use changing for a high end air cooler which will give the best value. The RAM is very expensive for what it is, and the HDD is too so you can save money if you looked elsewhere.

I would be cautious when considering SLI at this point, as next-gen Nvidia cards based on their Maxwell technology will offer great power per watt, so i'd be more inclined to wait for those and replace the 780 then for a single Maxwell card.
