If you are going to use it for gaming i recommend extending your budget to 500$ because 350$ is going to make a shitty computer because you also have to buy a monitor

CPU - AMD Athlon X4 750K 3.4Ghz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard - ASRock FM2A55M VG3+ Motherboard
Memory - HyperX Black Series 4GB 1600MHz
Storage - WD 1TB 3.5 Inch Internal Hard Drive
Video Card - Sapphire Dual-X Radeon R9 270X OC 2GB GGDR5 Graphics Card
Case - BitFenix Neos ATX Tower Case (Choice of Colour)
Power Supply - Corsair CX 500W Power Supply.
Use your TV and an Xbox Controller until you can get a monitor. It will just be like using an Xbox as the button prompts will be Xbox buttons, you will just have better graphics and FPS over PS4/Xb1

Try the PC Building forum. They gave me a setup that I'll be building when I get the money.
