Yes, did both of those. I'm going to try resitting the RAM.

A common mistake is plugging the monitor connection into the motherboard instead of the GPU. Also, does the GPU have power?

Another problem could be the CPU or the mobo itself. I had this problem and had to return the mobo as that was the problem.

Try running the PC with just the essentials plugged in.

1)PSU
2)HDD
3)RAM (1 stick)
3)Disk Drive
4) CPU obviously

if it works then you can narrow down what isn't working.

Are you using hdmi? Does your screen show any signs that something is booting up ?,(brightness turns up or somethong?)

Also make sure you have power going to your CPU, double check that you have the 4-pin cord plugged into your motherboard. That's what I forgot when I built my PC, all fans were spinning just no CPU power lol.

Try using a VGA Connector, that's what i had to do when i first built my PC, if that don't work make sure all your wiring is correct and your graphics card is in right

That was the problem, but now it won't power on at all so I'm going to clear the CMOS. The GPU did have power.

On my motherboard, it's an 8 pin. Should I plug in just 4 or all 8?
