-throwing knives are last kill only.
-you can stun mike to run away.
-mike cannot use stuns.(only for last)
-first one dead is the new mike myers
-swap teams after the round
-if you kill mike when you're not last you're it.
-mike myers goes top team
-wait until it says you're last alive if you're mike myers
-no tagging mike myers
