Hey guys today i will be releasing a method on how to mod horizon via hex.
lol i know alot of people will be mad but i learned how to hex my self and i feel this method should be shared. also i dont know why my other post was deleted as it is a modding community and in a community things should be shared, i am not stealing anyother topic either, once again i did figure this out my self and made the tuts my self

Things you need:
Horizon Diamond
Hex editor

Why do you need horizon diamond you ask?

you need horizon diamond because it is the only tool that you can extract tune setup without corrupting them.

So modding Forza horizon or Forza 4 via hex is different because your offsets are based on your gamer-tag... so what i have done is a made one big .rar file and put all the tuts in for 4 - 15 character gamer-tags if your confused this is what it looks like - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
So since everything is put into a .rar all you have to do is choose the tut that has as many characters as your gamer-tag. for ex. my gamer-tag is xWeeny so i would pick the 6 Letter gamer-tag tut
any way everything else is pretty much self explanatory make sure it says offset(h) on the corner like so - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
