I have everything set up I've tried having the files on my hdd and USB both don't work. Xell won't find or boot up the files. I have a xenon jtag on latest dash please help

you dont want to put them in you hdd . and you want to leave them on a usb when xell loads if that didbt work try taking out your hdd then do it again

Maybe you did something wrong try watching xxmoddedwarefaresxx tutorial on that he's very detailed

hmm, you could try and reformat your usb to fat32.

If that's what it's stuck at, it's having a problem reading or initializing your USB. Try using a different one, or reformatting it. Also make sure Xenon.elf is on the ROOT of your USB.
