It has windows 7 and I need help getting rid of a virus so I need to reset and delete everything on it.

Re-installing Windows is a last resort and should only be done if you cant do any more about it

If I was you, I would go and download [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Run them both and see if that fixes your problem
