Yeah like GTR said, the CPU doesn't work with FM2+ sockets. Two completely different sockets.
You'll need a motherboard with socket LGA1150 for that G3258. H81, B85, Z87, Z97 all those chipsets will work.

Why such an expensive Graphics card for Minecraft and CS:GO? and also, do i need to buy a cpu cooler for the 3258?

The GTX 750 is far from expensive. The G3258 comes with a stock cooler which will be fine.

Because say you want a new game other than Minecraft etc, you want to be able to play it don't you... Plus, instead of MC and CS:GO on medium it will run on high/max
