Get a civic, throw a big spoiler on it, get some flashy rims, and get a fart can. Trust me... You won't even have to race anyone with the intimidation factor of your car. People will just be to scared.

Well I'm an sc preacher so if you want a sleeper, you can pick up a 5 speed and most likely have enough left over to do a 1j or 2j swap. Or you can get an 08 g8 for about your whole budget, but they have pretty nice stock power. (I think at least lol never really looked into them)

For 10k you can get a Nissan 300zx TT and get an ecu tune and boost controller. You'll be pushing over 400hp if you run the turbos at 12-15psi

boosted honda civic. motor swap and then turbo. get a clean swapped civic for about 2-3.5k about 1500-2000 for QUALITY non ebay parts. for around 5k you easilyyyyy have the ability to build a reliable 300-400whp HONDA CIVIC. full turbo kit + tune + cams + sleeves etc.. ask me how i know.. i build them. got a 300+whp acura integra gsr 170k miles sitting in my driveway. low boost stock cams on a street tune. buddy at my work has a 2011 camaro ss. they look clean from the front. couldnt see the back though was to far ahead. just dont put gay ass rims or body kits on it. TO EVERYONE WHO HATES HONDAS/ACURAS not everyone puts that shit on there. in fact almost no one does. my car looks completely stock from the outside. other than being lowered on some 15" Rotas
