Okay so i am going to show you how to remove some stuff what you maybe be having problems with, i am not a computer wiz what knows everything about computers but i hope this helps you.

The main things what you get from going onto bad website's and downloading tool's or other stuff can lead to unwanted stuff getting installed on your laptop what you wont know about what can cause your computer/laptop to go slow or even more cause pop-ups for stuff like coupons and more and now i am going to show you what i use to stop all of this.

I use a software called Malwarebytes the following program/software does the following.

Detects and eliminates malware your antivirus will miss
Removes rootkits and repairs the files they damage
Employs industry-leading technology to completely remove malware code

Just to remind you that this is the free version so you can't do as much as you would with the Premium version of the program/software.

I am going to show you how to download and use this software for you all to see but for now here is a step guide.

Step 1 - Go to this site here - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step 2 - Select the free version of this
Step 3 - Start to download the software/program
Step 5 - Then when the message pop's up select (Yes)
Step 6 - select the language that you speak and press (Ok)
Step 7 - The Set-up should pop up after so select (Next)
Step 8 - Read or leave the agreement and then agree to it and select (Next)
Step 9 - Select (Next) again
Step 10 - Select (Next) again
Step 11 - Select (Next) again

Step 13 - Select (Install)

Step 14 - Then after that it should start to install the software into your computer/laptop and then you select (Finish)

Step 15 - Okay so now that it is downloaded you can now start the program up

Step 16 - So once the program/software is up all you want to do is hit (Scan Now) and wait for it to scan all of your computer until everything is done.

Step 17 - Once the scan is completed and if you have anything wrong with your laptop infected files to pop up's it should display it and all you need to do is hit what it says and that's (Apply Actions).

Now all you need to do is click on Apply Actions and it should ask you to reset your computer/laptop to complete the process and once you do everything will be removed.
