so my trinity wont read discs every time i put in a new game it just says read dvd and when i launch it it says attempting to read media. why cant it read games anymore???

If you have flashed a KV to the nand recently or updated your dash you may have put in the wrong DVD key or not put one at all. If you still have your DVD Key try re flashing your nand with the DVD key
