If I am banned until 09/09/14.
Will I get back on the morning of September 9? Or when I was banned? (Which was around noon)

when you got banned the time of that is the time of when you get unbanned

You'll get unbanned around the same time you were banned, so if you were banned at 12:00 then you will be unbanned at around 12:00.

Get it?

You can Normally Sign in into your account on Xbox One and play. But no Party and no Multiplayer Games. You can Use Skype and play singelplayer Games and make achievments.
