Shortly put, yes. The parts you have selected are all compatible with eachother.
You didn't give a specific link for the case, so I wasn't able to tell if the case itself is compatible, although I'm sure it is.

Yes, it would work, but it isn't very balanced at all.

It's all compatible but such an old and low-end GPU in a build that expensive is a bad idea. Absolutely no need for a 750W PSU in that build. If you're going for an i5, you'd be better off with the i5-4590 which is around the same price as the 4570 anyway.
