I downloaded the Hearthfire dlc a few days ago
and there still hasn't been a courier come up to
me about buying land, I've spoke to the steward,
and I've also spoke to the Jarl. Nothing happens.
Could someone please help me ._.

Xbox if not bought, make sure the DLC is from the GOFT.
It's on Xbox; but, it was bought directly from the marketplace.

There's 3 homes but the only one I just got was the one from falkreath go talk to the jarl and do some quest and then talk to the lady that helps him out forgot the name

How far into the actual game are you? I think you need a certain level of fame, or to have completed a few of the starting quests. However, best to make sure you got the dlc working by finding a shop, and seeing if they sell any items for the dlc, if not then redownload it. Otherwise just be patient and let the courier come when they come.

Your character has to at least be Level 8 or above for the courier to approach with a letter from the Jarl.
If you don't receive a letter from the courier at level 8, you need to make sure you are in a town. I recommend going to Falkreath and entering the general store and then exiting and the courier should approach. The other two houses you can get require a vampire slaying quest (Morthal) and ending the town nightmarish dreams (Dawnstar).
If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask.
