So recently I have come into some extra cash and decided I could use a new computer. So I thought "Why not a gaming rig?". So I don't really need anything crazy I just want something that will play Gmod with no hiccups and run everything else decently. So I built this - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Just was wondering if there was anymore room for savings without sacrificing performance.

That looks like a very solid build for that price. Im actually impressed and looking into it now.. haha

With my budget build I think you'll be thrilled

Any other rigs shall be killed

This rig will provide you with mad FPS

Especially with Gmod

You'll even be able to run Arma 2 DayZ mod!

Wouldn't the dual core bottleneck on some games. I know my friend's did and it was specifically on DayZ

Also keep in mind the monitor has to stay within the budget. I need one aswell.

I'm going to have to agree with Gigahertz he has information and the confrontation of the whole nation. You think he's lying, then you must be crying. I'm going to continue with this reply, so you may aswell buy... what he recommended because this has overextended.

Especially in the demanding games

I have the same CPU

And let me tell you, it's the opposite of poo

This dual core is even overclockable

Unlock more performance as long as you get your clock stable

Trust me, this build brings a lot to the table.

Add a monitor into your budget and it'll only nudge it

A little bit over your maximum price point

Come on now, budge it a little bit

Your setup will be a mental bit of kit
