Well first off where have you looked for the headers?

Secondly anyone who says 250k is crazy doesnt know anything about hondas...

I used to have an 02 accord which was a v6 that had 285k when I sold it. I hammered that car everywhere and all I had to do was change the oil regularly and put gas in it. So don't listen to that kid, and especially for the price you are paying for it, along with that engine. Plus I have seen the 4 cyl hondas in the 300k marker and higher running on original engines and trannys.

Anyone rant over, where have you looked at for your headers? Just online or what?

other than hmong and danglicious those other guys have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. ok now 650$ for a 99-00 civic si is a STEAL. 155K miles is nothing. my acura integra gsr is turboed with 171k miles. dynoed at 307whp low boost and on a street tune. compression was solid across all cylinders. hondas last forever and can take beatings if maintained very well. they are underpowered from the factory. im around hondas/acuras every day man. the cylinder head off the civic si will sell for 300-350$ alone. my last car was a honda crv with b20 block and b16 head. i payed 300$ for it

Your missing the point. He's buying a Sports Car. Even if it's a Honda. All engines eventually ware out. Especially if you use it to its limit. I just find it stupid to buy a sports car and not be able to use it's capabilities.

But even so $650 for a civic si is a steal.
