I'd suggest going for a cheaper motherboard unless you like that colour scheme, as you don't need tospend that much to get the most out of that processor. You could then use that saving to spend more for a heavier cooler. I'm not sure about Canada, but generally the AMD R9 290 is a lot cheaper and offers a little less performance for big savings.
Finally, you won't need 750w for that system unless you plan to use dual cards in the future.

I'd go with this instead;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Better CPU cooler, cheaper motherboard since there's no need to spend so much. A much larger SSD. Better, nicer case, still white since I'm assuming it's a white case you'd prefer. An R9 290 instead of the GTX 780. The GTX 780 performs only slightly better than the R9 290 so it's not really worth the extra $140 over the 290. Better mouse and keyboard since Razer products suuuuck. I've left the 750W PSU in there because it will be necessary if you decide to add another R9 290 to your build. However, if you don't plan on running 2x GPU's in Xfire, change the PSU to a 500W or 550W.

So why would this
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] be better than this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I do like the look of both of them so I just was wondering why.

The Enthoo Pro, as suggested above is also a good case. The R4 is better than the Phantom because there is noneed for a full sized case. Don't use the excuse "I'd prefer a full size case". That doesn;t make sense. It's a waste of space and money. The only reason to go with a full size case is if you need the space which you don't. I don't understand why everyone likes the Phantom so much. Personally, I think it's ugly and tacky and that glossy finish is just going to get covered in fingerprints which will make it look even worse.

Just a few questions. How does [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] cooler work anyways because theres no reservoir or anything like that so I dont really understand how it cools. And would it be better than [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and if so why?
Im not questioning your guy's knowledge im just new to all of this so I'm just wondering.
Also this is my updated build atm. I am also going for the black and red look on it. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
And is [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] graphics card better or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] because from the stats the sapphire (from which I understand) the sapphire is better because it has better Core clock and memory size. and if you think I should go with the sapphire ill go with my old motherboard so its yellow also and then get some new RAM to match.
and should I really look at a new power supply? Cause I will if theres less powerful one and its cheaper and you recommend it, because I've decided ill stick with one video card, I'm just not to sure on everything.
Thank you for anyone that answers all feedback is welcomed.

The H100i does have a reservoir but it is small and attached to the side of the radiator. It cools by the pump pushing water around the loop being heated by the processor and being cooled in the radiator by fans pushing cool air through it.
The H100i would be better than that air cooler but most twin stack air coolers beat the H100i. If you didn't want to overclock too much or weren't bothered then that air cooler would be fine.
I'd get the Sapphire card if it were me because it has a better cooler.
