when i try to sign in to my account on xbox it asked for my login info and then when i try to sign in i get a error message. i then tried to download my account to my xbox and it didnt work now my account isnt on my xbox. i get the same promblem on my X360 and X1 can anyone help me and tell me what i need to do to fix it +REP

I've noticed that alot of people are having trouble with this only thing I can think of is try to clear your system cache and then try if that does not work speak to Microsoft.

Go to settings - console settings - system cache - clear cache
Or something like that. Your account may be corrupted, if so try deleting it and then re-downloading it. This happened to my account and i fixed it by putting my profile on a usb stick loading it up on Modio and just simply click rehash and resign twice then save the changes and it was fine
