my jtag says play dvd whenever i install a game when i try installing a disc to the xex menu it just says 0 / 13MB and installs like 4 folders i have my jtag opened right now as i thought it was to do with the lasor but it isnt:/

Can someone help me please should i just switch disc trays with a normal xbox or will that interfere with something else?

Try installing the game through freestyle dash, that worked for me

Your NAND isn't paired with your DVD key or it is just the same problem I have. Try putting the disc in and then turn off your console. Turn it back on and it should read the disc.

Have you recently flashed a kv to your nand? I don't think you put your original dvd key in with it.

Put the game you want to install in the dvd drive.
Close said dvd drive.
Turn off console.
Turn console back on.
Congrats, you can now install games.
