Yes the dev stopped working on it for now. Thats why i havent updated it

The tweak was being pirated quite a bit and therefore the DEV of the tweak has since stopped updating it and what not as he does not want his time and efforts being wasted by a bunch of people that do not want ads within the tweak.

To answer your question, yes. It is down for the foreseeable future.
