It's just a faceroll champion which is op.
Doesn't take much skill to play him and you can R Q into a group of 5 and walk out with a penta.

I know people say it doesn't take a lot of skill but it kind of does when you start timing your alpha strikes because with alpha strike you can dodge so many skills like for example you can dodge a malphite ult, syndra ult and so on and so forth

He just snowballs and is such a hyper carry. Get a couple kills early and you will be unstoppable. Fun to play, annoying to play against.

Hes this special kind of champion where you can play him with no skill at all and do well, but people dont realize that he actually does take some skill to know when to alpha and his specific mechanics

He is a noob champ, he takes no skill literally, all you do is build critical hit chance and then you will be 2 hitting for days

Obviously because they forget to build Armour, or to position yourself well as a carry?

Its really just an excuse people in low elo/level use because they dont know how to deal with him.

He's a double-edged sword (no pun intended). He's mostly picked in lower elo like bronze because they swear than carry with him as jungle, but in reality they don't know how to jungle and can't gank at all and are like 0/5 10 minutes in because he gets caught in his jungle because he is so weak early

So really either you are going to carry or feed with him. All depends on your early game.
