Once you've downloaded and installed Speccy, run the program. When in Speccy, it will give you information on your PC components. Like this;

Look for your GPU, which would be here;

The first thing under "Graphics" is likely going to be your monitor, the 2nd will be your GPU. Search the make and model of your GPU on Google for the current drivers.
