will we be getting compensated by getting a choice of an extra pacakge of our choice for the customers that are waiting so long for the recoveries

Well I guess I'll try again tomorrow hopefully it will be done then this is now the third or fourth day after a payed you I understand your busy but hopefully it's soon ;)
