Don't buy a laptop unless you absolutely MUST bring it places, if you can, buy a desktop.

Your parts are good, but if your on an 1100 dollar budget i would definetly opt for an Intel Processor over an AMD, any day. Try a 4770k, perhaps.


I assume you are gonna be gaming with this?

DONT buy a monitor offline, shop used craigslist, dude. You can get 2 monitors for like, 40 bucks. Once you have this, hit up a cheap dell keyboard mouse combo to get you by until yo can get a gaming one.

And get a mechanical, if you like, they last longer and make those awesome noises. Chances are someone will argue that i skimped on the mobo, and i did, but that sucker has good ratings, and it's like (almost) PB+J with your 4thgen intel.


HEADSET. That's a tough one, again, craigslist is great for those. Remember, you don't have to get everything offline. Get somethin to hold youu over.

And. DO. NOT. GET. WINDOWS. 8. AT. ALL. EVER. Seriously, its like, 26gb and is the single worst desktop OS, ever. Get win7, its like 3x smaller, and wont build up cache files and overcomplicate things.
