That's completely irrelevant? Marijuana is a downer, which wouldn't make somebody aggressive nor make them a criminal. Michael Phelps smokes weed, he's an olympic gold medalist. Him having Marijuana in his system has nothing to do with why he was shot. Just saying.

It does matter because his parents tried to claim he was a "gentle giant". What a joke.

The african American race too often puts themselves in this paradox. They don't want color to matter at all, that's great I agree. But when any event happens they shutdown and play the race card, it can't be both ways.

They only prevent themselves from succeeding.
