I got back to college(I'm going too do Media Production if anyone wants too know) in 7 days and I need too reset my body clock, every time I go back too college or school or whatever, I need to reset my body clock. I have an Xbox 360 and One and PC so I have that, but what else can I use to keep me up? energy drinks work, but they make me pee like an alcoholic with a small bladder. Any help will be appreciated! and I will try as many as possible! thanks

If I am reading this correctly you want to stay up for as long as possible. I have three tips for you
1. Drinks lots of water / Splash it on your face when tired
2. Eat apples (Apparently they keep you up)
3. Get up stretch / exercise

Find something to pass the time. If you get bored of your xbox/pc, just find something to pass the time like watch videos, or something like that.

Keep your mind busy. Or drink a ton of coffee.
I find coffee more efficiently wakes me up. Some gas stations have some with extra coffee.
Overall do not lay down or not be occupied. If anything you can make it a process.
When I worked swing shift, I would stay awake as long as I could and sleep for 6 hours. Stay awake until I could go to sleep or take caffeine naps.
Drink coffee and take a 20 minute nap. But you need someone else to help you for it to work.
