yeah i think so but there will be new firmware out early next year i think.
im not 100% sure.

i think its just another ban hammer like last year. and maybe there will be a higher chance to get banned but if ur a lucky u wont get banned. this is my opinion

If you keep tabs on team xecuter, teamjungle, and C4E you would know that from the new dashboard update nov 4, that MS will be banning systems that have modded FW, it is unclear when the ban wave will happen thought,

The 3 teams have also said that original "FAT" xboxs will not be FW monitored only the new Slims and that the 3 teams will be releasing a LT+ FW for slims that has a firm guard for MS monitoring the FW on your drive
