Idk much about Radeon graphics cards because i mainly use Nvidia but from what I know I believe that you should be able to play DayZ on the highest quality. I have a Nvidia GTX 660M and I am able to play the game on 1920x1080 settings.

Don't listen to him, by the looks of things he knows nothing about it. Dayz isn't very optimized yet, also in major towns such as cherno or elektro you will experience frame drops. DayZ is also quite CPU dependent. If you gave us your CPU model we could give you a more accurate guess.

as the post above said, the game is not very optimized yet, therefore it is quite hard to tell what it would run. Looking at your current CPU + GPU you should be able to run DayZ fine. Although in Elektro, Novo, Cherno, and Berenzino you might experience slight frame drops.

DayZ is still in a beta as of right now, so the game play is a bit buggy/frames are affected. I really don't have much experience with Radeon cards because I run GTX 780TI's. From look at some reviews and such of other games you'll probably get around 40 frames from this card playing in 1920x1080 and all settings on low..
