Hello this may be a big ask but i would love to ask anyone if i could license transfer black ops 1 or black ops 2 dlc or if you know another way cause i can't re download mine it says i need to pay even though i used the season pass for both games so can you help... THANKS

It'll be hard to get someone to license transfer. Especially for free. Also, You have 6 posts, so it makes you seem untrustworthy. But anyways, good luck on getting what you need bud.

Did you try re-downloading the season pass first and then the DLC packs? My cousin had the same problem and that was what he had to do.
