I am trying to play MW2 on my PC and they're are certain parts of the map that if I look at it would make my fps drop a bit which annoys me because I need it to be at least 60 so I can record! Can anyone explain this to me? I just want to be able to record at 60fps with no problems or lag at all Oh yeah I will list my specs down below but this is the only game that frame drops.
Specs:
AMD FX 4300 QuadCore Processor 3.80GHz
8G RAM
AMD Radeon R5 230 graphics
8G RAM
AMD Radeon R5 230 graphics

Do you seriously have a 230? Lmao.
That's your problem. The 230. Get a new GPU, man! What's your budget for an upgrade?

You can record at 30fps should be an option for you to change.

try lowering your dxory/screen capture device settings too, try recording in 1280x720 @ 30fps if it does not help then i'd suggest getting a new graphics card too the one you have is very weak.

Your GPU is very low end and parts of the map will cause your framerate to drop simply because the card cant handle it.
You will need to buy a new GPU to stop that.

I think that's the lowest end card AMD currently make from their new line, no wonder it's struggling.
