been getting tons of work latly and since i just got a huge commission from a few recent jobs i decided to buy some new equipment for my home workstation and redo my hole setup.i just finished breaking down my old work area and i bought a brand new 3d printer and vinyl plotter.i will update this thread as i go here are a few pics [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] so i took apart my old workbench and went out and bought a kolbalt black steel workbench this thing is awesoome and fits nice in the small space im curently modding the station its self by adding a ipad dock speakers and leds to give it some settle back lighting.i just finished putting it togather here is a quick video. well as a real job i am a pro wrestler i go by the name ruckus.as a hobby and side job i do computer and game console repair/modding plus i get out soource work from random companys wanting custom mods done.and i am a actor i was in a few movies and tv shows.and i am on a few video games like backyard wrestling 2.

well i just got a pretty big check for a wrestling tour that i just finished and i am looking to buy a desktop CNC for my home shop anyone know of a good one to buy i saw a few on ebay for around 650-1200 im only looking to spend about 800-900 let me know.so far im leaning more towards a shapeoko2 they sell a kiit that u build yourself and that sounds more up my ally i figure if i build it myself then i will learn along the way to be able to maintenace the machine if need be.but if you guys know of a better soultion please tell me.

Get the S2! Great machine and great support at their forums. I replaced the stock spindle with a Dewalt DW660. I also picked up the ACME upgrade for the z-axis. I rarely touch mine though. Gotta mess around and learn G-Code
I picked mine up for $800 shipped. It was a steal. Thing is barely used.
