Processor AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor
Video Card AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
Memory 8 GB

Not sure, I have heard that the arma runs better on intel processors becuase Arma is poorly optimized for AMD processors...
look at some youtube videos with your processor and Graphics card running the game.

Which 7800 card do you have exactly? But It isn't that Arma preforms better on intel cpus (Which it does), but The entire series has always had poor optimization and always required good cpus (I believe the second arma had memory leak issues), But you should get above 30 fps, Around 60 on single player, and 30+ fps on multiplayer is pretty good. I think on my 6300 with 270x I get around 40 fps on ultra online (Sometimes 60)

the game runs like shit on amd cpus trust me i tried all of them and i only got 30 to 15 frames with almost all you prob will have better luck then me but dont expect to have 60 fps

no you will average around 15-25 fps with your rig

i have an i5 750 @3.2ghz
and a hd6850 (old im aware of that)
arma 3 runs fine between 30-40 frames on multiplayer
