can someone tell me if this is a good pc to build,its at pretty much my maximum budget of 1000 gpb,if anyone can come up with better than please do but don't go over the 1000pound budget,need everything but o/s,its mainly for games but I would also like to use it for photoshop and a bit of editing,i want the games maxed out if possible,games like skyrim minecraft bf4 etc

You're going to want a CPU cooler if you're overclocking. If you're not overclocking, ditch the CPU cooler and swap the 4690k for a 4590. You could also save a bitmore by getting a B85 chipset motherboard instead of Z97 chipset if you don't plan on overclocking. The R9 290 is more powerful than the GTX 770. A 64GB SSD will be fine for a Windows install. S340 is a really nice, well priced case. 500W PSU is enough for this build.

thanks for the reply,im not planning on over clocking and I don't want liquid cooling,can you do the parts I need I pcpartpicker like before

You might want to invest in an i7 4770k CPU and buy a CPU Cooler for sure.

He already stated he won't be overclocking so an overclockable CPU would be entirely pointless. As would a CPU cooler since stock cooler is more than sufficient for stock speeds. Not only that, but the i5 is more than capable of gaming and handling light editing/rendering.
