Xexmenu isn't a storage device, it's a filesystem browsing app that you run(from your hdd already or from usb or other method).

To have games show up on the xexmenu games page just put your extracted game into a folder in the root of your hdd called "Games"(you may have to create the folder) then restart and they should show up.
